SUMMARY
#1 Priority : Build and execute marketing campaigns that grow the GORUCK brand and connect with our community.
This role sits at the center of Marketing — driving seasonal initiatives, brand storytelling, and daily execution across channels. You’ll partner with Brand, Creative, E-commerce, Growth, and Product teams to bring ideas to life. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns that build engagement and drive growth.
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end : briefs, timelines, asset development, launches, recaps.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to align digital marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, community events, and special company moments with broader marketing initiatives.
- Bring cultural and consumer insights into campaign planning through market research — focusing on fitness, wellness, rucking, and community.
- Manage marketing budgets, calendar, agency relationships, and marketing KPI reporting.
- Direct management of performance marketing and marketing operations teammates.
