Silver Creek Dental Partners is seeking a part-time Associate Dentist with at least 3 years of previous clinical experience to join our sizeable, growing, and highly prominent family-oriented general dentistry practice in Carlsbad.

Our Associate doctor will benefit from a strong and constructive office culture, significant production growth potential, opportunities to collaborate with other San Diego-based Doctors, CE sponsorship, and practice buy-in opportunities. Our practice is prominently positioned in high-traffic, retail-heavy shopping center in an extremely desirable San Diego suburb. Its patients are cash and FFS only (no PPOs, HMOs, Denti-Cal), and its equipment is-up to-date and in very good condition.

Compensation is highly competitive and comprised of a non-recourse initial salary, monthly commissions, and potential monthly profit sharing. Invisalign and / or sleep apnea certifications are strong pluses, as is previous cosmetic treatment experience.
