The Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium (ICCLOS) is a powerhouse destination for some of the largest events in the country. Summary :

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the CIB’s shipping & receiving and parts inventory, ensuring efficient operations and accurate records.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage inventory by stocking, tracking, and maintaining accurate records
  • Managing the workflow of materials including shipment receipts, purchase orders, and invoices
  • Assisting in purchasing decisions, forecasting future inventory needs, and updates with Purchasing Coordinator
  • Implement & maintain inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels & minimize waste
  • Compile inventory reports & communicating with management on inventory status and performance
  • Manage shipping and receiving of all outgoing and incoming packages
  • Execute loss prevention programs to prevent theft
  • Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Administration Manager
