• Shift : Days – 3x12 hour shifts per week (36 hours / week)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100-$2250\n
• Weekend / Holiday : Every 3rd weekend / holiday rotation if scheduled\n

• Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (W2)\nPICU RN Qualifications\n
• Current and active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU nursing experience\n
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS, AHA) certification\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS, AHA) certification\n
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR\n
• Willingness to float to NICU (stable infants) and ED patient holds as needed\n
• Recent skills checklist (completed within 1 year)\n
• Professional references, including one supervisory reference from the past 2 years\nPICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Utilize advanced monitoring and life-support equipment in a modern pediatric intensive care setting\n
• Float to NICU and ED patient holds as needed, providing clinical support to stable infants and children\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR\n
• Participate in every 3rd weekend / holiday rotation as scheduled\n
