About the Position

This position will be a key member of the Finance Team reporting to the Controller. The role will have exposure to all sides of accounting and finance of a small and growing organization from AR, AP, reporting, budgeting / projections, client engagement, etc. This candidate will have a direct impact on achievement of timely and accurate accounting of financial statements for multiple entities across the globe. This position requires a hybrid of some in-office presence and work from home benefits.

• General AR monitoring and client interaction to reconcile accounts.
• Client contract review and documentation for accurate invoicing.
• Manage AP and cash management.
• Input vendor invoices and seek approval for payment.
• Reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
• Record payroll entries for all entities including the various foreign subsidiaries.
• Assess and record monthly expense accruals for US entities.
• Support preparation of PBCs for annual financial audit.
• Participate in budgeting process and business optimization analytics.
