Lead Dog XL is an Amazon DSP dedicating to providing excellent delivery services out of Amazon Warehouse [insert station code].

Location : WWI3 at 1945 Prairie Ln, Eau Claire, WI

Job Description

Compensation : $22.50 / hr Full time hours 40-50hrs a week

Start time : 1 : 40pm reporting to the station, loading up vehicles at 2 : 00pm

End time : 8 hour routes with a cut off time by 10pm  when drivers still on route will be instructed to return to station

Full Time : 5 days scheduling with opportunity to work up to 6 days

Part Time : 2-3 days scheduling typically scheduling Friday Saturdays or Sundays

Seasonal period starts October 20th, 2025 to January 16th, 2026

Training begins 10 / 13 / 25

As a Seasonal Delivery Driver at Lead Dog XL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately during our peak season.

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

We are looking for team players who can commit to this upcoming holiday season

  • Military veterans are welcome!
  • Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) delivery driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

    • Delivery Driver Responsibilities :

  • Safely operate a delivery van for deliveries within designated routes.
  • Load products, ensuring they are secured properly during transit prior to beginning route
  • Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients upon delivery.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
  • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
  • Safely drive and perform daily safety inspections on Company vehicle
  • Follow all local & amp; state laws, road / driving regulations, and Company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in / out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

    • Qualifications

  • All Drivers must be 21 or older
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no tickets within 5 years)
  • Requiring Saturday or Sunday to be included in availability
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
