job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead clinic operations to ensure high-quality service delivery Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBTs Maintain a small direct caseload (6–20 billable hours depending on clinic maturity) Collaborate with admissions, scheduling, billing, HR, and recruiting teams Analyze client cancellations and implement proactive solutions Support timely assessments, treatment plans, and transitions into care Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback Align hiring with caseload needs and manage retention strategies What We’re Looking For Please apply only if you meet the following minimum requirements : Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field Active BCBA certification and eligible for LBA in Utah (if applicable) Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience , including 1 year of leadership or supervisory specific roles in the field of ABA or a related field.
