Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year starting in August 2025. This full-time contract position, located in Fontana, CA, offers the chance to work with students from TK through 8th grade, with a possible extension to high school students. The position requires providing comprehensive speech-language therapy services and evaluations, as well as participating actively in IEP meetings.

Responsibilities include :

  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy to students across TK to 8th grade
  • Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborating with school staff and families during IEP meetings to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
  • Utilizing support from School Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) available at all school sites
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license and credential from the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
  • Familiarity with school-based SLP roles and responsibilities, including experience as an SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or completed CFY
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
  • This position requires a commitment of 35 to 40 hours per week throughout the school year. Weekly pay and benefits are included as part of the contract.
