Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone.

With a very ambitious plan for 2025 and beyond, we are looking to build our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth. As Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution; and will be responsible to allocate our budget efficiently.

This role is ideal for an analytical, data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, B2C e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Were looking for someone to help us take our US growth to the next level, and were open to both direct hires and VIE candidates for this role.

Strategy : Youll design a full-funnel Performance Marketing strategy across SEA, Paid Social, and possible Affiliates, and more to drive traffic and boost revenue.
Execution : Youll launch, test, and optimize campaigns, from bids and creatives to keywords and landing pages, with the goal of increasing profitability.
Tracking : Youll ensure we have top-notch attribution, implement best practices, and build smart dashboards to track whats working.
Budget Management : Youll be in charge of allocating a million dollar budget, making the most of each channel and platform.

This role can also be offered as a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) position based in the US.

The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible (expect about 3 months between applying and starting).

It runs for 18 months to 24 months

You must hold a valid passport (at least 6 months beyond the end of the contract) and be eligible per Business France criteria : under 28, and a citizen of the European Economic Area.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

3-6 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related fields such as Business Consulting .

Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

An entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.

Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).

Experience working with Performance Marketing tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).

Good communication skills to present results in an informative and persuasive way to a wide range of stakeholders (Co-Founders, General Managers, Tech).

SQL proficiency is a plus.
