Responsibilities :
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, managing timesheets, and handling inbound calls.
- Assist with HR functions including candidate searches, screenings, and compliance-related tasks.
- Support finance operations by entering data into QuickBooks and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
- Coordinate events and collaborate with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
- Utilize tools like Canva to create high-quality documents and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and expertise in all interactions.
- Adapt to evolving priorities and contribute to a productive office environment.
- Participate in training sessions to ramp up skills and prepare for increased responsibilities.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and general accounting functions.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with Canva.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new systems.
- Local candidate residing no farther than Monterey, California.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach and willingness to ask questions when needed.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
