Public Relations Specialist – Hustle Notice Biz

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining our brand’s image. In this fast-paced position, you will develop and implement strategic communication plans that enhance our public visibility and foster positive relationships with various stakeholders including the media, community partners, and customers.

Salary and Location

Salary Range : $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Location : Houston, TX

Department : Communiboost

Employment Type : Full Time

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns.
Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment about the organization.
Coordinate and execute events such as press conferences, community outreach programs, and media tours.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or communications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficient in social media management and digital communication tools.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
