About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy for a key division within our client’s organisation. You will manage a small team, control the departmental budget, and ensure cohesive, high‑impact marketing across multiple international sites.
Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) :
Optimising a website and content to rank higher in search engine results for relevant keywords, driving organic (unpaid) traffic.
Search Engine Marketing / Pay‑Per‑Click :
Paid advertising, often on search engines (like Google Ads) or social media, where you pay each time your ad is clicked.
Content Marketing :
Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content (blogs, videos, guides, etc.) to attract and retain a defined audience.
Social Media Marketing :
Promoting products or services and engaging with customers on Social Media platforms
Email Marketing :
Sending targeted messages to a list of subscribers to build relationships, drive sales, and encourage loyalty.
Data and Analytics :
Using tools like Google Analytics to track performance, understand customer behaviour, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience within a Marketing Manager position
Proven leadership experience managing a team, a direct report, and successfully collaborating with cross‑functional groups, particularly sales teams.
In‑depth experience in digital marketing and a strong track record of success with online strategies.
Demonstrable experience in content creation and managing the production of B2B marketing materials.
Experience with revenue and budget control.
A background in a relevant product industry, such as manufacturing, printing, packaging, or labelling, is highly preferred.
The ability to commute to our clients New Jersey site is a must.
