Senior Marketing Analyst

As a Senior Market Analyst you will support TKDAs go-to-market efforts by producing actionable market and client research, analysis, and reporting that tightly aligns with corporate and market development strategies. You will focus on interpreting factors and trends to identify market demand, new markets and service offerings, and overall go-to-market performance. With the goal of optimizing firm-wide go-to-market, produce reports, analysis and recommendations related to marketing campaigns, market and client performance, market opportunities, competition, and client insights. Automate and oversee market driven lead tracking, optimizing lead source service subscriptions in alignment with market development plans and objectives. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for continued development of a data driven market capture program and manage the on-going program and data generated via Deltek Vantagepoint. Produces other related reporting, analysis, and program development as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or marketing, with emphasis in data sciences.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience producing market and client research and translating data for informed decision making.
• Functional experience with generative AI and using software for market trend analysis, data visualization, web analytics and survey creation and distribution.
• Understanding of fundamental financial metrics and analysis.
• Experience in generating and presenting concise research and analysis in a professional format intended for market leadership and executive audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills demonstrated by the ability to prioritize and meet assigned deadlines.
• Ability to self-motivate and a demonstrated ability to work independently, under guidance, and collaboratively in accordance with primary responsibilities and project assignments; Willingness to exert a where can I help? approach when working with others.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with traditional MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and growing understanding of emerging MS applications (Teams, Copilot, and Power BI).

Advantageous Qualifications

$74,880 - $85,280 a year The listed salary range reflects base compensation for candidates who possess the qualifications outlined within posting. Actual compensation offered will be determined by applicable experience, qualifications, and relevant responsibilities.
