  • About the Role

    We are looking for a dynamic Director of Corporate Partnerships to join our University Advancement team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in cultivating robust partnerships with corporate entities. Your responsibilities will encompass fostering research collaborations, managing sponsorships, promoting student engagement through internships and career placements, and facilitating philanthropic support. This position will also involve leading a university-wide Corporate Coordinating Committee, developing and sharing metrics to assess the impact of corporate relationships, and initiating special projects to advance our corporate engagement goals.

    As the Director, you will be a key resource and trusted partner, driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective collaboration among various schools and units with our corporate partners. If you have a passion for building relationships and a strategic mindset, we want to hear from you!

    Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or terminal degree is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in university-industry relations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships within complex organizational structures.
  • Strong strategic thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Supervisory experience is desirable, preferably within a large regional or national organization or within higher education.
