Finance Systems Lead

A company is looking for a Finance Systems Lead to manage and enhance its financial system ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Lead administration and roadmap for financial tech stack, including ERP and procure-to-pay platforms

Partner with internal teams to ensure systems meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency

Maintain system configurations and manage user access while supporting audit and compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems or equivalent

8+ years of experience managing finance and accounting systems, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically Intacct

Strong understanding of finance processes, GAAP, and compliance requirements

Experience with AI-powered tools and system integrations
