Maintenance Planner

Location : Calvert, Mobile County, Alabama.

Objective :

The primary objective of the Maintenance Planner position is to facilitate daily work assignments and projects for maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure the tasks are performed to high quality standards and in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate will maintain responsibility not only for daily planning activities but also for long term maintenance planning by taking a proactive approach and utilizing the most effective technology methods available.

Requirements :

• B.S. or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology and / or 2 plus years of hands-on experience working in a high-volume manufacturing or equivalent environment focused on Maintenance Planning and Preventative Maintenance
• Experience with working in a Team atmosphere and coordinating maintenance work activities, Preferred
• Has knowledge and experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Ability / Experience in using Excel, Word, SAP, Minitab, and Prometheus Planning / Scheduling software
• Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to drive cross-functional change
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a self- directed manner
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively communicate maintenance plans to the teams.
• Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and caring person with ability to interact positively
• An attitude of safety, world-class mission assurance, attention to detail, and dedication
• Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as tact and diplomacy.

USD $76,200 - $104,700
