A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance review systems and collaborate on goal-setting and feedback processes
Develop and enhance onboarding experiences and administer employee engagement initiatives
Oversee employee relations cases, compliance matters, and benefits management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent HR experience
7+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience with compliance requirements (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, wage / hour laws)
Strong background in employee relations and engagement strategy
Working knowledge of state-specific rules governing people operations
