Systems Engineer IV

Genesis10 is seeking a Systems Engineer IV for a contract position through 4 / 30 / 2026 with our retail client in Richfield, MN. Local candidates, hybrid work schedule. Compensation : $81.00 – 95.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Overview : Tell us about your department : TPS is client's infrastructure and platform capabilities team. Develop orchestration capabilities within a unified developer platform enabling cloud services to be introduced and consumed quickly and easily. Key Responsibilities : Create software and infrastructure to build the orchestration components using preferred tooling and development practices. Direct staff to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems. Review and approve the planning and implementation of security measures. Monitor performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and counsel organization on where changes will need to be made in the future. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Overview : Backstage, Typescript, Node.js, Express, and Lambda. 10+ years experience overall required. Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time Preferred / nice to have skills : Strong knowledge of cloud and platform engineering, API development, Go.
