Employment Type : Full-time, Onsite

Compensation : $70,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience; senior roles capped at $130,000 in the first year)

About the Role

We are seeking talented Structural Engineers to join our growing Korea Plant division in the U.S. This role requires fluency in Korean and English (both verbal and technical writing) to support collaboration between U.S. operations and Korean stakeholders. You will play a key role in structural design, analysis, documentation, and project coordination , ensuring high-quality engineering solutions for diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis for industrial and commercial projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications in both Korean and English.
• Collaborate with U.S. operations and Korean stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication.
• Review designs for compliance with U.S. codes and standards.
• Support project delivery from conceptual design to construction phase
• Contribute to the growth of the Korea Plant division through innovation and engineering excellence.
