  • Responsible for handling on site all administrative duties including paperwork, purchase orders, ordering material, onboarding, AP / AR, billings, invoices, and job costing end reports
  • Will work closely with project manager and assistant project manager

  • 3-5 years of construction administrative / coordination experience
