Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques to assess fit
Oversee the onboarding process and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Associates degree
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Experience in developing recruitment plans and setting service level agreements
Knowledge of labor market conditions and external scanning tools
