Nursing Assistant Manager

A company is looking for a Remote Nursing Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scheduled on-call support to nursing staff and ensure continuity of care

Oversee performance, conduct interviews, and participate in hiring and termination decisions

Manage healthcare monitoring dashboards and assist in maintaining 24 / 7 RN coverage

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in a nursing leadership role

Current nursing license in the relevant state

Ability to manage staff scheduling and training needs

Experience with healthcare monitoring programs

Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as needed
