Senior Production Manager

Fresh & Ready Food Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Production Manager to lead operations at our food manufacturing facility. As the Site Leader, you'll be responsible for building operational talent, addressing performance challenges, and implementing lean manufacturing practices that drive sustainable improvements in safety, productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and inventory management. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct oversight of a large-scale, multi-shift production team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the Production Department to ensure 100% order fill rate and spec accuracy
• Lead a team of 5 salaried Production Managers and 200+ hourly employees across 3 shifts
• Develop and maintain production schedules while managing labor within budget
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping for training, sanitation, food safety, and payroll
• Oversee preventative and general maintenance of production equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety reporting standards
