We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Server Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our server infrastructure.

This role focuses on Windows Server operating systems, server hardware, system updates, and data backup strategies to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Server Hardwar Management

  • Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server hardware

Windows Server Administration

  • Administer Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022)
  • Troubleshoot OS-level issues and optimize system performance

    • Updates & Patch Management

  • Schedule and deploy Windows Server updates and security patches
  • Maintain compliance with organizational and industry standards

    • Backup & Recovery

  • Implement and monitor backup solutions to ensure data integrity
  • Perform regular backup tests and restore drills
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery documentation and procedures

    Preferred Skills

    Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and Hyper-V virtualization platform.
