As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. If you're a motivated and patient-focused RN with a passion for delivering top-notch care, we'd love to hear from you!\n\nResponsibilities : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse on our Pre-Op / PACU team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Your day will be filled with a mix of pre-operative preparation, surgical support, and post-anesthesia care. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and coordinating with other healthcare professionals. In the Pre-Operative / PACU setting, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your duties will include : \n

• Pre-operative assessment and preparation of patients, including taking vital signs, reviewing medical history, and educating patients on the surgical process and post-operative care\n
• Providing post-anesthesia care, including monitoring vital signs, assessing pain levels, and administering medications as needed\n
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and families during the recovery process\n
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care, including charting and reporting as required\n
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to continually refine processes and provide the best possible care\n\nRequirements : \n
• Current RN license in the state of Utah\n
• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Pre-Op / PACU setting\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities\n
