CRM Strategy & Development Manager

The CRM Strategy & Development Manager is a business-aligned leader responsible for shaping and executing the Salesforce CRM roadmap in alignment with commercial priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional partners & commercial leadership to ensure the CRM platform delivers scalable, user-centric solutions that drive front-line productivity and sales effectiveness. Operating in close collaboration with technical teams & business teams, the role is execution-oriented, with a strong focus on aligning business needs with CRM capabilities, driving adoption, and enabling data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a comprehensive CRM roadmap that identifies technology requirements and prioritizes initiatives based on long-term vision and return on investment.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure CRM capabilities are aligned with evolving commercial needs.
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and features that support data-informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable CRM development plans, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives related to CRM innovation, including automation, intelligence, and enablement capabilities.

Preferences

  • Proven experience in CRM strategy, development, and execution within a commercial or sales-focused environment.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Ecosystem / platform capabilities and integration opportunities.
  • Experience leading teams or managing vendor relationships to deliver CRM solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business goals and drive cross-functional engagement.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong comfort with emerging CRM technologies and trends, including automation, AI-driven insights, and digital sales enablement.
  • Experience in establishing data governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data.
  • Salesforce Certifications of interest (Admin 101, Admin 201, Platform Strategy Designed, PD1, Platform App Builder, AI Associate, Sales Cloud Consultant).
  • Candidate is ideally based in Atlanta, GA.
  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,560 / year to $197,460 / year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education / training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
