CRM Strategy & Development Manager
The CRM Strategy & Development Manager is a business-aligned leader responsible for shaping and executing the Salesforce CRM roadmap in alignment with commercial priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with cross-functional partners & commercial leadership to ensure the CRM platform delivers scalable, user-centric solutions that drive front-line productivity and sales effectiveness. Operating in close collaboration with technical teams & business teams, the role is execution-oriented, with a strong focus on aligning business needs with CRM capabilities, driving adoption, and enabling data-informed decision making.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,560 / year to $197,460 / year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education / training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
