- Lead seismic retrofit projects from concept through construction
- Develop innovative solutions for historic and existing buildings
- Contribute to non-linear analysis and performance-based design work

You'll Thrive Here If You Have :
6+ years in structural engineeringPE license (SE preferred)B.S. or M.S. in Civil / Structural EngineeringExperience with ASCE 41 and exposure to a variety of material types and structural systemsSpecific knowledge of non-ductile concrete buildings, performance-based design, historic renovations, and peer reviewsProven experience leading or mentoring engineers for the production and delivery of projectsAbility to balance working independently and as part of a team across multiple officesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISAWhy You'll Love It Here :
