We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator (CSA) who will be the backbone of our service and install departments, ensuring our customers receive prompt, professional support and our internal teams stay on track. If you enjoy problem-solving, communication, and teamwork in a dynamic office setting, this may be the career for you.
Location : Largo, FL (in-office role with occasional remote evening / weekend monitoring on a rotation basis)
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM (with up to a 1-hour break), plus rotational evening / Saturday monitoring (remote). Closed Sundays and major holidays.
Pay : $22.00 to $25.00 an hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do :
Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone and email with professionalism and empathyCreate, update, and maintain work orders in our systemSupport dispatch by scheduling and coordinating technician assignmentsCommunicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptlyTrack warranties, parts orders, and returns with accuracyProvide administrative support for projects, estimates, and invoicing preparationCross-train to support other office functions, including pricing, reviews, and estimate preparationHelp generate revenue by promoting accessory recommendations and maintenance programsMonitor after-hours service requests on a rotational basis (remote)Keep operations organized, efficient, and aligned with our culture of excellenceWhat We're Looking For :
2+ years of customer service experience (phone / email preferred)2+ years in a professional office settingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle high-volume communication with professionalismFast and accurate typing (65+ WPM)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Positive, solution-driven attitude and team-oriented mindsetValid driver's license and dependable transportationHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred but not required :
Knowledge of beverage equipment industry service and salesExperience in similar trades such as hvac, plumbing, electrical, or constructionExperience in a fast-moving, dynamic environmentFamiliarity with work order or estimating softwareSales support or conflict resolution trainingWhy PRO BEV®?
