Think Loud Studios, a large creative and entertainment facility in York, Pennsylvania, is hiring  Lobby

Attendants & Access Coordinators (Unarmed)  to manage guest entry, verify access, and maintain a professional, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, creators, and visitors.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and check in all guests, creators, and vendors at the main entrance
• Verify appointments and maintain accurate visitor logs
• Monitor entry doors, building access, and visitor flow
• Communicate with Armed Security Officers on-site regarding access or security concerns
• Receive and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional lobby area
• Assist with scheduling, event check-ins, and internal coordination
• Support studio operations and front-of-house activities as needed
