Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the investor relations function, defining strategy and engagement roadmap

Develop investor materials and drive relationship development with key stakeholders

Collaborate with executive leadership on IPO planning and execution

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in investment banking or investor relations at a high-growth technology company

Demonstrated leadership in managing investor relations programs for public companies

Strong understanding of capital markets and investor expectations

Ability to engage directly with institutional investors and analysts

Based in or willing to travel regularly to the Northeast for investor events
