About the Role :

We’re looking for a caring and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to join our family! Our ideal candidate has a big heart for children and a passion for helping them reach important milestones. As the lead teacher, you’ll guide your classroom with patience, creativity, and consistency, while helping our toddlers explore the world around them in a safe and nurturing way.

What You’ll Do :

• Create fun, age-appropriate activities that help children grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with each child and their family.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Work closely with your classroom team and help guide assistant teachers.
• Communicate openly with parents about their child’s day, progress, and milestones.
• Follow all center policies and licensing guidelines to ensure quality care and safety.
