Neurologists at this facility are trained to diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological diseases, offering both diagnostic services and treatment options.

Opportunity :

• This is excellent opportunity to be a part of a physician-led organization with an established Neurology department as it takes its Neurology program to the next level of integration
• Open to providers with expertise in various specialties including Palliative Care, Hospice, Neurology, Physiatry, Internal Medicine, or Critical Care, with specific experience in ALS care. Must be TRULY Board Eligible or Board Certified in relevant specialties with ALS physician work experience (not including Residency / Fellowship training).
• Outpatient ALS office setting
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• 100% adult patient population
• 100% outpatient practice
• Average of 6-7 clinic patients per day
• EPIC EMR
