Account Manager

Finch is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team! In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth. Fostering long-lasting and productive relationships is a cornerstone of Finch's growth. Our Account Management team is responsible for developing enduring growth between our customers and Finch, navigating strategic partnerships, and driving renewals and expansion.

You'll be responsible for delivering customer lifetime value, with creative opportunities for strategic customization in support of our critical customers. Enhancing the post-sales phase of our customers' journey is paramount to our collective success and will yield high client retention and NRR.

What You Will Do

  • Renewal Champion : Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you're entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
  • Expansion Expert : Develop and execute repeatable strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value with Finch.
  • Forecasting Authority : Create accurate, predictable and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Strategic Execution : Partner with internal + external stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, workflow design improvements, and identify and maximizing growth potential. Establish, track and measure customer business performance standards.
  • Communication Champion : Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations for key growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder : Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key business & technical decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify, simplify and articulate value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Aligns technical progress with business outcomes without much direction

    This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in either our San Francisco or New York City office.
