Credentialed : Hold active EA, CPA, or Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience. Experienced : Have at least 2 years of paid experience filing individual tax returns using professional software. Community-Oriented : Passionate about engaging with your local community and building a social presence as a TurboTax Expert. Bilingual : Spanish-speaking skills are a plus! Competitive Compensation : Base pay ranges from $26.20 to $36.10, depending on your location and experience. Performance Rewards : Eligibility for cash bonuses and equity rewards. Growth Opportunities : Access to resources and support to help you succeed and grow within the company. Flexible Schedule : Work a minimum of 24 hours per week during the tax season. - Tax Expertise : Handle a variety of tax situations, from simple W2 filings to complex scenarios involving business income and investments.
- Community Building : Establish long-term relationships and grow TurboTax’s client base within your local community.
