You'll play a key role in market analysis, customer engagement, and cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our business. Key Responsibilities : Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and strategic partnerships Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives (tradeshows, social media, product placement) Conduct market and technology trend analysis Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships Oversee financial reporting and sales performance metrics Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team Represent Kyocera at industry events and conferences Support M&A evaluations and integration planning What You Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field 8+ years in marketing / business development, including 5+ years in sales management Proven success in executing business development strategies Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Experience in product / project management Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; confident public speaker Valid U.S. driver's license and eligibility to work in an ITAR environment Our Philosophy At Kyocera, we live by the motto : "Do the right thing as a human being."
