Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Opportunity : Retail Pharmacist

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in California. This short-term assignment has a great schedule and opportunity to make a difference in the munity.

Position Details :

Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 13 weeks
Schedule :
Days : Monday through Friday (No weekends)
Shifts : 4x10-hour shifts (9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM)
EMR System : CPSI / Evident

Job Description :

Perform all duties required by law for the dispensing of prescriptions, including skilled nursing facility (SNF) prescriptions .

Supervise ancillary personnel, including technicians and clerks, during shifts.

Provide patient counseling as needed.

Assist the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with onboarding new services and tackling operational challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Ensure accurate billing and oversee staff in pleting billing tasks.

Interpret, clarify, and fill prescription orders with precision and attention to detail.

Maintain all required records (e.g., controlled substances, inventory, prescriptions) in pliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Supervise pharmacy technicians and clerks, coordinating efficient workflow.

Support the munity pharmacys growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills :

Licensure : Current and valid California Pharmacist license.

Education : BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.

Experience : Proficiency with retail pharmacy operations.

Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive attitude.

Knowledge of PrimeCare (QS1) is a plus.

Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
