Shift Supervisor

As the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overall daily manufacturing supervision with focus on safety, environmental and financial goals that meet internal and external customer needs reliably. Ensure ESH Compliance :

• Promote safety first culture that fosters an injury free work place
• Promote procedure compliance to ensure site environmental, safety and health standards are met
• Lead ES&H incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Engage employees in daily ES&H discussions
• Clarify housekeeping requirements
• Perform job safely, in an environmentally sound manner and in accordance with all requirements

What Skills and Experience Do I Need to Be Successful in This Role?

High School Diploma at a minimum. 2 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment or related industry. Must be able to work night shift. Strong mathematical skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Interest in and commitment to teamwork and team based systems. Demonstrated leadership skills. Demonstrated computer literacy with business applications.

Compensation at ICL

If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).

Salary Range : $24.00 - $31.73 per hour

Annual Bonus Target : 5%, subject to plan provisions.
