The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate to help us grow brand awareness, generate leads, and support client relationships. This role blends creativity with strategy — perfect for someone who enjoys both connecting with people and thinking outside the box. Part-Time Role (20-25 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Track leads, maintain CRM or contact lists, and follow up with prospects
• Support coordination of trade shows, community events, and sponsorships
• Provide marketing analytics and performance reports to leadership
• Provide administrative support to the sales team from scheduling meetings to organizing project files
• End of Quarter reporting
