The Difference You Make : The Product Specialist - Project & Structured Finance - IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management.

Writes offering memoranda and engagement letters.

Analyzes companies from a financial, operational, competitive and industry standpoint.

Builds complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel.

Performs transaction due diligence.

Ensures compliance with all policy, legal and federal regulations.

Researches and analyzes industries and market data. What You Bring : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.

Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards.

Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.

Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).

Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills. What Else You Need To Know :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum : $82,500.00 USD

Maximum : $135,000.00 USD
