Compensation : $90K - $105K

In partnership with our client, we are seeking a hands-on Director Of Facilities to lead multiple service lines in a hospital environment, including maintenance, landscaping, painting, warehouse and mail / package delivery, preventive maintenance, and parking. This role requires both strategic oversight and daily engagement with teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate is a current Director or strong Assistant Director in hospital facilities management, with proven experience overseeing large, diverse teams and multiple direct reports. You'll be responsible for ensuring Joint Commission readiness, driving preventive maintenance programs, and leveraging technology (FSI or similar systems) to improve performance and compliance.

What We're Looking For :

• Experienced hospital facilities leader (Director or strong Assistant Director)
• Proven track record managing multiple teams and service lines
• Direct experience with Joint Commission inspections
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Tech-savvy, with preventive maintenance system experience (FSI is what they use)
