Position Overview
This position is responsible to provide operational support in remediation efforts for client contents. The Content Specialist Advanced will have met the full objectives of the Contents Specialist Intermediate track including full knowledge in application of all content procedures, complete understanding in use and maintenance of content related tools and equipment, and grasp reasons for basic content procedures. The Content Specialist Advanced has responsibility for training lower level Content Specialists and General Laborers. This position is the level 4 in the Progressive Contents Specialist track.
Responsibilities
Perform tasks associated with Contents Specialist Basic and Advanced role
Assist Project Managers with scoping and estimation of content jobs
Demonstrate complete mastery in documentation of contents
Demonstrate understanding a connection between all content phases of production.
Supervision of crews in all content phases
Acts as regional content authority
Overseeing content divisions of satellite office, internal training, and content marketing via CE classes
Adhere to MSDS recognized standards
Perform Daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and maintain in clean serviceable condition
Must maintain attention to detail
Will be required to meet BELFOR Standards in safeguarding other people's property
Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
Will be required to work nights and weekends as requested and travel periodically
Report time worked and equipment and consumables used timely and accurately
Attend BELFOR sponsored operations and safety training courses as required

Manage content jobs from inventory and pack out to return
Point of contact, internally and externally, for all content matters
Supervise processing
Maintain chain of custody records
Retrieval of requested contents on demand
Key Liaison for specialized subcontractors
Communicate progress, produce reports
Assure quality control
Set schedules and priorities for team
Additional other duties as required
