About The Position

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 3-week locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, beginning Nov 7, 2025. This opportunity involves providing primary care to employees and their dependents, with 8-hour shifts and a set schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent primary care experience and hold current certifications in BLS, DOT, and DEA.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver general primary care services to employees and their dependents
  • Conduct routine health assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with DEA and DOT requirements
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation using the Epic EMR system
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care

    • Additional Information

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent primary care experience required
  • Must hold an active Wisconsin license
  • Required board certification in Family Medicine
  • BLS, DOT, and DEA certifications required
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
