Operations Leader Food Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced operations leader to manage and optimize plant performance in a dynamic food production environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and team leadership while driving continuous improvement.

Key Focus Areas :

  • Lead daily operations and production KPIs
  • Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
  • Mentor and develop teams
  • Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to align goals

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, Operations, or similar
  • 5+ years leadership in production / operations (food preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of lean / TPM practices
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and complex processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
