Operations Leader Food Manufacturing
We are looking for an experienced operations leader to manage and optimize plant performance in a dynamic food production environment. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and team leadership while driving continuous improvement.
Key Focus Areas :
- Lead daily operations and production KPIs
- Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and develop teams
- Drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to align goals
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Engineering, Food Science, Operations, or similar5+ years leadership in production / operations (food preferred)Strong knowledge of lean / TPM practicesProven ability to lead large teams and complex processesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsSouth Bend, IN (Northern Indiana region)
