  • About the Role

    We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Retention Specialist to join a dynamic team in an established organization. In this role, you'll be the voice of the company, working directly with customers to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and ultimately retain their business. Your ability to build trust, empathize, and offer solutions will be key to your success.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address concerns and prevent cancellations.
  • Identify customer pain points and provide tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Meet and exceed retention goals and KPIs.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in retention or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
