A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead and deliver implementation and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate requirement workshops and project governance meetings
Create and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with ITIL and enterprise standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 4 years managing ServiceNow projects
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and familiarity with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or ITAM
Experience in Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
ServiceNow certifications and project management certifications like PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP are preferred
