Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation Attorney

About the Role

Join a prestigious law firm with a dynamic Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation practice located in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to provide sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax advisory services to high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

Draft a wide variety of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments

Provide strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures

Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer and tax planning strategies

Design and implement business succession and asset protection plans

Guide fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts

Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns

Conduct legal research and assist with estate-related litigation

✅ Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation practice

Proven expertise in drafting estate planning and trust instruments

Strong knowledge of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies

Client-focused with excellent communication skills and sound judgment

Admission to the Florida Bar required
