Construction Project Manager – Federal Documentation (Pentagon, Arlington VA)

Are you a Construction Project Manager with proven experience documenting projects, updating as-builts, and managing facility records with LIDAR, AutoCAD, and Revit ? If your background is in IT project management, this is not the right role.

We are hiring two roles to support a major federal program at the Pentagon :

  • Junior Project Manager (5+ years) – for Assistant PMs / Coordinators with hands-on documentation experience.
  • Senior Project Manager (10+ years) – for experienced PMs leading large construction projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Document every change in construction projects (as-built updates, reports, QA / QC).
  • Conduct field surveys using LIDAR and other measurement tools.
  • Create / update Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and GIS datasets .
  • Ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with contractors and government stakeholders.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture (or contractor license with equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years (Junior) or 10+ years (Senior) in construction project management .
  • Direct experience with LIDAR, Revit, AutoCAD (must-have).
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance .

    • We will not consider candidates without construction documentation experience or without LIDAR / Revit / AutoCAD skills.

    Salary : $110,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience).

    Location : Arlington, VA (Pentagon)

    Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm
