Equipment Services Representative, RCCB Call Center

Base pay range

$20.46 / hr - $25.57 / hr

Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via inbound or outbound call relating to equipment issues and troubleshooting
• Diagnosing problems with cold-drink and / or fountain equipment based on detailed descriptions provided by customer
• Providing clear guidance and solutions over the phone to resolve issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborating with field technicians as needed to escalate and follow up on complex or unresolved issues
• Other duties as assigned
