Job Summary :

The System Retail Director is an experienced, strategic leader with proven multi unit management experience.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the region’s boutique gift stores as well as providing overall direction, strategy formulation and execution to grow the current P&L retail revenue for the region. Accountable for building upon the Branches retail brand, maximizing revenue and profits, growing the business, managing client and customer satisfaction, and associate loyalty as it relates to the retail operations of home account as well as assigned P / L retail operations. Drives and supports sector initiatives as directed. Other duties, special projects and initiatives may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates the department in accordance with the approved budget, while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Maintains excellent relationships with patients, guests and client as well as other departments within the hospital.
• Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team.
