Carrying out in depth testing of products to assess the standard or repairs through the workshop, whilst remaining impartial and objective at all times. Working to the very highest standards, you'll have a key role in reducing repeats, analysing data to identify areas of improvement whilst ensuring the customer is at the heart of the business.
